DGy 200 is a real time recording system for computer and other high resolution signals. The digital recorder system is a disk-based system for storing and transmitting images. It supports a broad range of signals, including computer, radar, sonar, FLIR, X-Ray, and video, plus stereo audio. Typical applications include simulation, debriefing, command and control, training, mission analysis, air traffic control, monitoring, and other demanding applications requiring real-time, high resolution recording. The DGy uses the JPEG 2000 wavelet-based compression standard to achieve high quality storage of images from high bandwidth signal sources.
