JacketHPC
The newest release of the MATLAB software platform is now designed for multiple GPU systems. The system allows users to solve computationally intensive problems and harness the energy efficiency of GPU clusters. The software extends the base platform, allowing it to span computation across multiple GPUs, either on a local or networked machine. Built atop MathWorks’ Parallel Computing Toolbox and DCS, the system allows pre-existing code to be dispatched across all GPUs and CPUs in a cluster or Cloud service, with little code revision required.
