Lab-Book is designed for formulation chemists and food technologists who only need a limited set of functional software to create, modify and document raw materials and formulas in an electronic database and output a formula on a batch card to run a test batch with the assurance of full data logging. It has all of the functions to create multiple units of measure, calculate properties and nutrient facts and formulate weight, volume, percent and sufficient quantity. It switches between methods with a click of the mouse. The software will calculate cost based on raw materials only and allow limited cut and paste features. Comments notation and project control are included.
