Pathway Studio 5.0

Pathway Studio 5.0 software is used for pathway and molecular interaction analysis; adds functionality for transcriptomics, metabolomics and proteomics data interpretation; and is powered by MedScan Technology. Key updates in version 5.0 include the addition of signaling line pathways for enhanced microarray data analysis, and the integration of Desktop and Enterprise editions, allowing customers to easily upgrade from one to the other. The software also helps to interpret experimental data in the context of pathways, gene regulation networks and protein interaction maps.
