The software application for digital pathology image analysis supports an array of tissue stains including blue, brown, red, H&E and IF. New composer technology allows the program to identify highly heterogeneous tissues, including the individual cells and sub-cellular objects within them in order to conduct cell measurements. The software supports common tissue formats like slides and TMAs and is compatible with image formats from Aperio, Hamamatsu, Zeiss, Applied Imaging, Bacus, TissueGnostics and generic file formats. A simplified user interface and simultaneous viewing capacity ensures ease-of-use and processing efficiency.
