TT900 S2S
TT900 S2S is an advanced image alignment software program for 2-D gel image analysis, compatible with a variety of image analysis packages and custom algorithms, with aligned data exported in its original file format. The release incorporates SameSpots, a spot detection algorithm for single stain or DIGE images that can be applied within any of the Progenesis PG analysis products. These combined technologies produce 100% matching, thus allowing proteomics researchers to apply statistical tests as part of the analysis workflow.
