ACL Staticide’s 4300 Staticide eco-friendly floor finish complies with international and U.S. regulations, and provides static protection without harmful chemicals. This water-based static dissipative floor finish has low volatile organic compounds with little environmental impact while satisfying ANSI 20.20 ESDA guidelines.
Using non-hazardous ingredients, this static dissipative floor finish delivers static control and maintains a surface resistivity of 108 to 109 ohms per square. Designed to be used in electronic, medical, and cleanroom manufacturing facilities, the floor finish delivers a polish that is non toxic to humans, ecologically sound, and ESD safe.
The mixture covers 1,500 to 2,000 ft2 per gallon, and has no APE surfactants, phosphates, EDTA, NTE, or zinc. Its strip cycle is 12 to 24 months, and it can be used on vinyl, linoleum, and ceramic tile.
