Harry Winston Diamond Corp. said Monday that board member Roger Phillimore is retiring so that he can concentrate on other professional endeavors.
Phillimore served as an independent director for the Canadian company for more than 15 years.
In June Harry Winston reported that its fiscal first-quarter net income more than tripled as rough diamond sales climbed and the luxury customer continued to make purchases.
