Dilyx Biotechnologies’ OptiSol Protein Solubility Screening kit addresses a leading cause of inadvertent protein sample loss: protein aggregation. The kit combines an array of 96 test solutions having different pH, salt, and additives with array-based filtration technology and enables researchers to quickly analyze and optimize the solubility of any protein.
The results are computed with the included Protein Dashboard, allowing for identification of optimal solution conditions. Applications range from finding optimum protein solubility ‘sweet spots’ to solubilization of reversibly aggregated protein samples, both resulting in aggregation-proofed protein solution conditions.
The kit is available for proteins smaller than 30 kDa and smaller than 200 kD.
