Three capacities are available for general storage of reagents and non-critical samples at a temperature range of -12 C to -20 C. The CFC-free units are made of ABS plastic interior with enameled steel interior and polyurethane foam insulation. Hinged door is reversible, and the interior is lighted.

Temperature is set manually using a digital control. The freezers maintain temperature stability in each of the three capacities: 1.42, 3.5 and 5 cubic feet. The 1.42 cu ft unit comes with one fixed shelf and storage on the bottom; the 3.5 cu ft model has three drawers for storage; and the 5 cu ft freezer features two fixed wire shelves and three door shelves. The two smaller freezers offer a keyed lock to control access, and the 3.5 cu ft model has an over-temperature alarm. Defrost the units manually, based on your maintenance schedule.
